DAY 01 - RIVIERA MAYA

DAY 02 - CANCUN OR RIVIERA MAYA
All-inclusive plan at the hotel. Free day for personal activities and to enjoy the beautiful beaches. Accommodation at the selected hotel.
We suggest the optional XCARET PLUS Tour. It’s a natural park with more than 50 attractions for all ages, perfect for the whole family. Here you can swim in underground rivers, walk along jungle paths, and explore mysterious caves. Discover new colors at the Butterfly Pavilion and the mysteries of the seabed at the Coral Reef Aquarium. Get up close to deer, jaguars, flamingos, and exotic birds. At Xcaret Mexico, there are various attractions to visit, such as the Mayan ruins, the Mexican Folk Art Museum, a traditional henequen hacienda, and the Chapel of Guadalupe. You will also experience Mexican culture through pre-Hispanic dances, rodeo, and the magnificent Xcaret Mexico Espectacular show, featuring over 300 performers.

DAY 03 - CANCUN OR RIVIERA MAYA

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR RESERVATION
Availability Request: To make a reservation, availability must be requested through your assigned travel agent. The agent will contact you via email and/or phone to confirm availability.
PASSPORT
Passport Requirements: A clear copy of each passenger’s passport is required, which must be valid for at least 6 months from the start of the trip. The passport copy must be submitted no later than 45 days before the trip departure.
DOCUMENTS
Vouchers and/or Travel Documents: Vouchers and/or travel documents will be sent via email 8 days prior to the trip departure.
PAYMENT TERMS TO CONFIRM RESERVATION
Payment Conditions: Payments to confirm the reservation must be made according to the following terms:
Initial deposit: $200 USD
50% of total value: Must be paid at least 180 days before the trip.
100% of total value: Must be paid at least 90 days before the trip.
CANCELLATION POLICY
IF YOU CANCEL AFTER RESERVING OR PURCHASING THE PROGRAM (subject to the terms and conditions of the land operators*):

0 to 45 days before departure: 100% charge – No refund
46 to 60 days before departure: 50% charge of the total program value
61 to 80 days before departure: 30% charge of the total program value
81 or more days before departure: Administrative and operational fee of $50 USD per passenger
