What’s included in the plan?

Includes:

  • Transfers and excursions as indicated in the itinerary. (When there are fewer than 10 passengers, public transport may be used for visits instead of private vehicles).
  • Spanish-speaking guide during excursions (Days 2-5, 7-9) and optional Hiroshima tour (Day 6).
  • Spanish-speaking assistance for the following transfers: (Day 1) assistance at the arrival airport to take the Airport Limousine Bus or taxi (no assistance on board). (Day 4) from the hotel in Tokyo to Tokyo Station. (No Spanish assistance for the departure transfer).
  • Daily breakfasts and 3 lunches and 1 dinner (dinner in Japanese style).
  • Nozomi Bullet Train (Tokyo – Kyoto) / reserved seats in economy class.

(Day 7) luggage will be transported separately by truck from the hotel in Kyoto to the hotel in Osaka. Passengers must prepare and carry a small bag with clothes and essentials for an overnight stay in Kanazawa and another in Gero.

Itinerary

SUBJECT TO CHANGE DUE TO WEATHER OR OPERATIONAL ISSUES (ALWAYS INCLUDING THE SAME SERVICES).


Day 01 (Thursday) – Bangkok:
Arrival at Bangkok airport where your Spanish-speaking guide will assist you with the transfer to the hotel. Free time until check-in (rooms are typically available from 3:00 PM, but sometimes earlier). Overnight at the hotel.

Day 02 – Bangkok:
After breakfast, visit three of the city's most unusual Buddhist temples. We begin with Wat Traimit, located at the end of Chinatown, near Hualampong train station. Wat Traimit houses the world's largest solid gold Buddha, nearly five meters tall and weighing 5.5 tons. The tour continues to Wat Pho, Bangkok's largest temple, home to the massive reclining Buddha. We’ll end the morning at the Grand Palace, built in 1782, which served as the royal residence for 150 years. It is still one of the most iconic sites in the city. Inside, we’ll also visit Wat Phra Kaew, the Temple of the Emerald Buddha. Transfers included. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 03 – Bangkok – Chiang Rai:
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for the flight to Chiang Rai (Flight NOT included). Arrival by 10:00 AM. Enjoy a visit to Chui Fong tea plantation, and then a museum on opium before heading to Mae Chan to visit the Akha and Yao ethnic villages. Finally, we’ll visit a Karen village, known for its "giraffe women." Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 04 – Chiang Rai – Chiang Mai:
After breakfast, take a pleasant boat ride along the Kok River. Visit Wat Rong Suea Tean (the Blue Temple) and continue to Chiang Mai by road, stopping at Wat Rong Khun (the White Temple). Visit Wat Doi Suthep for panoramic views of Chiang Mai. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 05 – Chiang Mai:
After breakfast, visit local craft factories and an antique wood carving shop. Visit the Mae Sa Valley and the orchid farm, then enjoy an unforgettable experience at the Elephant Sanctuary. In the evening, savor a traditional Khantoke dinner with cultural performances. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 06 – Chiang Mai – Tokyo:
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Chiang Mai airport for your flight to Tokyo (Flight NOT included). Arrival at Narita or Haneda Airport. Airport transfer assistance provided by Spanish-speaking staff to the hotel.

Day 07 – Tokyo:
After breakfast, meet at the lobby for a half-day guided tour to visit Meiji Shrine, the Imperial Palace Plaza, Senso-ji Temple, and Nakamise Street. Optional Tea Ceremony in Asakusa (108 USD per person). Overnight at the hotel.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR RESERVATION
Availability Request: To make a reservation, availability must be requested through your assigned travel agent. The agent will contact you via email and/or phone to confirm availability.
PASSPORT
Passport Requirements: A clear copy of each passenger’s passport is required, which must be valid for at least 6 months from the start of the trip. The passport copy must be submitted no later than 45 days before the trip departure.
DOCUMENTS
Vouchers and/or Travel Documents: Vouchers and/or travel documents will be sent via email 8 days prior to the trip departure.
PAYMENT TERMS TO CONFIRM RESERVATION
Payment Conditions: Payments to confirm the reservation must be made according to the following terms:
Initial deposit: $200 USD
50% of total value: Must be paid at least 180 days before the trip.
100% of total value: Must be paid at least 90 days before the trip.
CANCELLATION POLICY
IF YOU CANCEL AFTER RESERVING OR PURCHASING THE PROGRAM (subject to the terms and conditions of the land operators*):

0 to 45 days before departure: 100% charge – No refund
46 to 60 days before departure: 50% charge of the total program value
61 to 80 days before departure: 30% charge of the total program value
81 or more days before departure: Administrative and operational fee of $50 USD per passenger
