Subject to Change Due to Weather or Operational Issues (Always Including the Same Services)
DAY 01 (TUESDAY) TOKYO
Arrival at Narita or Haneda International Airport.
NARITA (NRT): After immigration and customs procedures, a Spanish-speaking assistant will help you board the Airport Limousine Bus (shared regular service to the hotel). The assistant will not board the bus with the passengers nor escort them to the hotel. Depending on the flight arrival time, there may not be a direct Airport Limousine Bus to the hotel. In such cases, you will take a bus to Tokyo Station and then a taxi to the hotel. If the Airport Limousine Bus is not operational, an alternative transfer (train + taxi, etc.) will be provided.
HANEDA (HND): If arriving at Haneda, an additional fee of approximately 56 USD per passenger will apply since a taxi will be used instead of the Airport Limousine Bus. If traveling alone, this fee will be 112 USD.
After immigration and customs procedures, a Spanish-speaking assistant will meet you. You will then be transferred to the hotel by taxi. The assistant will not board the taxi with the passengers nor escort them to the hotel.
Hotel check-in is available from 3:00 PM.
On Tuesday, there will be an information desk at the hotel, staffed by a Spanish-speaking guide, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The information desk is located in the Sofa Lounge (the area with sofas and chairs near the reception in the main tower, The Main).
Accommodation.

Only one suitcase per person is allowed. If you carry more than one, the driver will charge an additional 1,000 JPY (approx. 10 USD) per extra suitcase. In addition to the one allowed suitcase, you can carry up to two small pieces of luggage, such as backpacks, as long as the sum of the three dimensions of each piece does not exceed 100 cm.
Pick-up time will be informed at the hotel reception the afternoon before (around 5:00 PM). Please speak with a receptionist to confirm the pick-up time.
Rooms must be vacated before check-out time (11:00 AM).
Arrival at the airport and check-in at your airline counter is at your own expense.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When the MK Skygate Shuttle is not full or operational, the transfer will be by Airport Limousine Bus from the bus stop in front of Kyoto Station or by Haruka Express Train from Kyoto Station. In this case, an English-speaking assistant will accompany the passengers to the bus stop or platform. The assistant will not accompany passengers to the airport.
MK Skygate Shuttle cannot reach Kansai (KIX) or Itami (ITM) airports before 6:00 AM, so if your flight departs before 8:00 AM, you will need to take a reserved taxi to the airport, with a supplement of 15,000 JPY (approx. 150 USD) per passenger.
