DAY 01: RIO DE JANEIRO
Arrival at Rio de Janeiro International Airport (GIG). Reception by our staff and transfer to the selected hotel. Free time for the rest of the day. Overnight.
DAY 02: RIO DE JANEIRO
Buffet breakfast served at the hotel restaurant. Today, we will have a full city tour. We will depart from the hotel to visit the most famous landmarks of the city and enjoy the natural beauty of Rio de Janeiro from the top of Corcovado. After a panoramic tour, we will reach the Corcovado summit by van. At the top, enjoy a panoramic and breathtaking view of the "Marvelous City." This tour also includes a panoramic city tour passing through the Sambadrome (panoramic view), the Cathedral, Maracanã Stadium (panoramic view), and the Selarón Steps. Lunch buffet included (drinks and desserts not included). We will continue the tour to enjoy stunning views of the city from the top of Sugarloaf Mountain. The first cable car takes passengers to the summit of Urca Hill, 215 meters above sea level, offering spectacular views of the bay and surrounding islands. From Morro da Urca, we will continue in a second cable car to the top of Sugarloaf Mountain, which rises 395 meters above sea level and provides a 360-degree view of the entire city. This tour also includes a panoramic visit to Rio de Janeiro's South Zone beaches. Return to the hotel. Overnight.
DAY 03: RIO DE JANEIRO
Buffet breakfast served at the hotel restaurant. Free day. As an optional tour, we recommend exploring the history of Rio de Janeiro and Brazil with a visit to the imperial city of Petrópolis, a walking city tour in downtown Rio, an educational Favela tour, exploring the nature of the Botanical Garden and Tijuca Forest, or a tour to the city's newest attractions. Free evening. Overnight.
DAY 04: RIO DE JANEIRO – SAO PAULO
Buffet breakfast served at the hotel restaurant. Transfer to Rio de Janeiro airport. Flight to São Paulo (flight not included). Arrival at São Paulo International Airport, reception by our staff, and transfer to the selected hotel. Overnight.
DAY 05: SAO PAULO
Today, we will explore São Paulo on a half-day regular city tour, visiting the most important landmarks and learning about some of São Paulo's secrets. We will pass through the city's most traditional sites, starting with the "Estação da Luz" train station, inaugurated in 1867 and known for its architectural beauty. Then, we will head to the "Terraço Itália," one of the most beautiful buildings in the old downtown area, followed by the Municipal Theater, Banespa Building, the schoolyard, and the Sé Cathedral. The tour continues through the Liberdade neighborhood, home to the largest concentration of Japanese immigrants and their typical decorations. We will also visit São Paulo's financial district on Av. Paulista, home to modern buildings such as the MASP (São Paulo Museum of Art), and end the tour at Ibirapuera Park, inaugurated in 1954 and considered one of the city's most important parks. Return to the hotel. Free time for the rest of the day. Overnight.
DAY 06: SAO PAULO
Breakfast. At the appropriate time, transfer to the airport.

Availability Request: To make a reservation, availability must be requested through your assigned travel agent. The agent will contact you via email and/or phone to confirm availability.

Passport Requirements: A clear copy of each passenger’s passport is required, which must be valid for at least 6 months from the start of the trip. The passport copy must be submitted no later than 45 days before the trip departure.

Vouchers and/or Travel Documents: Vouchers and/or travel documents will be sent via email 8 days prior to the trip departure.
PAYMENT TERMS TO CONFIRM RESERVATION
Payment Conditions: Payments to confirm the reservation must be made according to the following terms:
Initial deposit: $200 USD
50% of total value: Must be paid at least 180 days before the trip.
100% of total value: Must be paid at least 90 days before the trip.

IF YOU CANCEL AFTER RESERVING OR PURCHASING THE PROGRAM (subject to the terms and conditions of the land operators*):
0 to 45 days before departure: 100% charge – No refund
46 to 60 days before departure: 50% charge of the total program value
61 to 80 days before departure: 30% charge of the total program value
81 or more days before departure: Administrative and operational fee of $50 USD per passenger
