DAY 01 – ORIGIN CITY – ISTANBUL
Welcome to Türkiye, a land rich in culture, history, and unforgettable experiences, where the East and West beautifully blend. Get ready for an extraordinary holiday.
Arrival at Istanbul International Airport (IST), one of the world’s largest and most impressive airports, inaugurated in April 2019. After passport control and baggage claim, head to our meeting point at Exit Gate 8. You’ll be greeted by our staff for your transfer to the hotel. Check-in and free time to rest.

DAY 02 – ISTANBUL
Breakfast. Free day.
Optional excursion: “PEARLS OF THE GOLDEN HORN & BOSPHORUS” (includes lunch at a local restaurant)
Approx. departure: 08:00 (to be confirmed by your guide).
We’ll visit the old Jewish quarter in Balat, the Greek quarter in Fener, and enjoy views of the famous Golden Horn. Next, we visit St. George Cathedral, the main patriarchate of the Greek Orthodox Church, followed by the grand Suleymaniye Mosque, designed by renowned Ottoman architect Mimar Sinan, featuring the largest dome of all mosques in Istanbul.
We’ll continue to the Spice Bazaar, a charming place filled with aromas, where you can shop for teas, herbs, nuts, Turkish delights, and, of course, spices.
The day concludes with a scenic cruise along the Bosphorus Strait, the natural boundary between Europe and Asia, where you’ll see palaces, fortresses, mansions, and bridges. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay.

DAY 03 – ISTANBUL
Breakfast. Free day.
Optional excursion: “JEWELS OF CONSTANTINOPLE” (includes lunch at a local restaurant)
Approx. departure: 08:00 (to be confirmed by your guide).
Enjoy a historical tour through the old city of Istanbul. Begin at the Roman Hippodrome, once the center of Constantinople’s social life, and admire the Obelisk of Theodosius, the Serpent Column, and the German Fountain.
Visit the iconic Blue Mosque, decorated with over 20,000 hand-painted tiles from Iznik.
From the outside, marvel at the grand Hagia Sophia, built in 537 AD, a masterpiece of architecture that has served as a church, mosque, and museum.
Then, visit Topkapi Palace, home to the Ottoman sultans for over 400 years. Explore the royal gardens, kitchens, treasure rooms, and the mysterious Harem, famous for its lavish decoration.
We continue to Aya Irini Church, one of the few Byzantine churches never converted into a mosque, and finish the day at the Grand Bazaar, one of the world’s oldest and largest covered markets, where bargaining is a tradition. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay.

Discover the heart of Constantinople’s flavors on foot, through historic streets offering a variety of traditional bites. This is a chance to explore new ingredients, presentations, and culinary techniques—an immersive cultural and gastronomic experience.
DAY 04 – ISTANBUL – ANKARA – CAPPADOCIA
Breakfast (boxed). Early departure around 06:00 (to be confirmed).
Travel to Ankara for a panoramic tour of Türkiye’s capital and a visit to the Mausoleum of Atatürk, founder of the Turkish Republic.
On the way to Cappadocia, stop at the Salt Lake for photos, then visit a Caravanserai, an ancient Silk Road inn.
Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Cappadocia.
DAY 05 – CAPPADOCIA
Breakfast. Departure around 08:00.
Explore this unique region shaped by volcanic lava over 3 million years ago. Visit the Göreme Open-Air Museum, featuring chapels carved into volcanic rock and frescoes from the 13th century.
See the surreal valleys and iconic Fairy Chimneys.
Stop for panoramic views of incredible volcanic formations.
Visit an underground city, showcasing impressive ancient engineering.
Later, tour a carpet workshop to learn about traditional techniques and a jewelry center showcasing regional gemstones.
Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 06 – CAPPADOCIA – PAMUKKALE
Breakfast. Departure around 06:00 (to be confirmed).
Drive to Pamukkale and explore the ancient city of Hierapolis and the natural wonder known as the Cotton Castle, with its travertine terraces and hot springs.
Hierapolis, meaning “sacred city,” was known for its temples, healing waters, and a well-preserved Roman theatre.
Pamukkale, meaning “cotton castle” in Turkish, is famous for its white terraces created by calcium-rich mineral waters.
Both sites are UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
Visit a local textile workshop to see regional cotton products.
Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 07 – PAMUKKALE – SELÇUK – IZMIR / KUŞADASI
Breakfast. Departure around 08:00.
Visit the House of the Virgin Mary, believed to be her final home. It is a pilgrimage site for both Christians and Muslims.
Continue to Selçuk for a panoramic view of the town, including the Ottoman Castle, Basilica of St. John, and the Temple of Artemis, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
Stop at a leather goods showroom, renowned for high-quality products made from lambskin.
Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in either İzmir or Kuşadası (depending on season).
DAY 08 – IZMIR / KUŞADASI
Breakfast. Free day.
Optional excursion: “CHIOS – A GREEK PARADISE”
Approx. departure: 06:00–07:00 (to be confirmed).
Transfer to the port of Çeşme and take a ferry to the Greek island of Chios.
Visit the charming village of Mesta, with its Byzantine-era narrow stone streets.
Then head to Pyrgi, known for its black-and-white geometric house patterns called "xysta."
Visit the Mastic Museum, where you’ll learn about the unique resin extracted from local trees, used since antiquity for various purposes.
End the day at one of Chios’ beautiful Aegean beaches, then return to the port and transfer back to the hotel.

DAY 09 – KUŞADASI / IZMIR – BURSA – ISTANBUL
Breakfast. Departure around 08:00.
Travel to Bursa, the first capital of the Ottoman Empire. Enjoy a panoramic tour, including the Green Mosque and Green Mausoleum, famous for their intricate tilework.
Continue to Istanbul. Arrival and overnight stay.
DAY 10 – ISTANBUL
Breakfast. Transfer to Istanbul International Airport (IST).
